EBC Camper Sponsorship Form

The EBC Director team’s desire is that every camper that wants to come to camp, will be able to do so.

Throughout the year we have been seeking to raise funds to build up the EBC “Support a Camper” Fund.

Due to the increased need for financial support and our desire to support as many campers as possible, EBC will be granting sponsorships differently this year.

Please ensure that all forms are completed in full and submitted on time. The sponsorship request form must be completed in full and submitted at the same time as the camper registration form. Delay in submitting the sponsorship request form, as well as any incomplete forms, may impact your eligibility for sponsorship.

Please note:

-We will review each application and will determine the amount of sponsorship we can offer. We will take into consideration individual circumstance and family income

-Camper sponsorships are available for a camper for 1 week of camp only
-Quest youth are eligible to apply for 2 weeks of sponsorship

All information related to camper sponsorship remains confidential, and is viewed by the administration team at EBC Kids Camp for sponsorship purposes only. Your camper will be treated the same as every other camper at camp - with love and care as a child of God.
