Thank you for your interest in having your child(ren) attend our Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K) program at Yukon Public Schools. Pre-K is offered at each of our elementary school sites. Pre-K is not a required grade level in the State of Oklahoma so the amount of students we serve in Pre-K is limited.
PRE-K AGE REQUIREMENTS
- Your child must be 4 years old, but not yet 5 on/before September 1st, 2025 for the 2025-2026 School Year (Birthdate should fall between 09/02/2020 to 09/01/2021).
- YPS does not retain students in the Pre-K level since Pre-K is not a required grade level in Oklahoma.
- Underage/Overage children will not be accepted into the Pre-K program.

Please complete this Pre-K Application Form in its entirety and ensure you keep track of the reference number and information provided to you once this form is submitted. You will also receive a copy of your submission with additional parent/guardian information to the email you used in submitting this application form.
