Past Wedding Couple Registration Form

Welcome to The Wedding Swap!

You are registering for a past wedding couple table. Please ensure you pick the correct location of the next Wedding Swap as locations CANNOT be changed once you have submitted your form.

This registration is for PAST WEDDING COUPLES ONLY. If you are a vendor, please fill out a vendor form. If you are a vendor and register as a Past Wedding Couple, and set up your table as a business or sell as a business, you will be removed as a vendor.

This registration form will allow you to sell your used wedding items at a table provided by The Wedding Swap. We DO NOT allow wedding dresses to be sold at the tables. If you have a wedding dress, please consign the dress through our consignment registration form. We have changing rooms, sales assistants and seamstress to help sell the dresses in the consignment area. Also, we take payment via credit card in this area.

TERMS & CONDITIONS : Please be advised that your table at The Wedding Swap will NOT be confirmed until we have received this registration form AND payment. Once you have registered and paid your table is NON-REFUNDABLE. The Wedding Swap will not be held liable for any items brought to the event. Set Up time will be from 9am to 10:45am. If you arrive after 10:45am, you will not be permitted to set up and there will be no refund. All exhibitors need to have their tables manned at all times and be open until door close at 2:45pm. Tear down will begin when the door close and must be fully completed by 4:30pm. All items that you have brought to The Wedding Swap including garbage must be taken with you. Any items left will become the property of The Wedding Swap and will be donated. You will be contacted by The Wedding Swap to give you instructions for the event one week before. *
