You are registering for a Vendor table. Please ensure you pick the correct location of the next Wedding Swap as locations CANNOT be changed once you have submitted your form.
 
This registration form will allow you to sell your products/business at a table provided by The Wedding Swap.

TERMS & CONDITIONS : Please be advised that your table at The Wedding Swap will NOT be confirmed until we have received this registration form AND payment. Once you have registered and paid your table is NON-REFUNDABLE.  The Wedding Swap will not be held liable for any items brought to the event. Set Up time will be from 9am to 10:45am. If you arrive after 10:45am, you will not be permitted to set up and there will be no refund. All exhibitors need to have their tables manned at all times and be open until door close at 2:45pm. Tear down will begin when the door close and must be fully completed by 4:30pm. All items that you have brought to The Wedding Swap including garbage must be taken with you. Any items left will become the property of The Wedding Swap and will be donated. Once you have submitted your form, it will be reviewed by the Wedding Swap team and if accepted you will receive an invoice from the team which needs to be paid within 24hrs to secure your space. If you prefer to pay via etransfer, please send it to hello@theweddingswap.com and make your security answer theweddingswap. If accepted, you will be contacted by The Wedding Swap to give you instructions for the event one week before. *
I confirm that I have been advised that there are NO REFUNDS (under any circumstances) for the table fee once the form has been submitted and I have paid the fee. *
