To help reduce the editing work of our volunteers, please follow these guidelines when entering your information so it can be copied directly into our program:

This form can be used for all entries and Disciplines. Once submitted, refunds will not be made.

Entry Deadline is JANUARY 22, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED after this date.

All entries must be paid by E-TRANSFER to weyburnmfa@gmail.com
Entries will not be considered to be submitted if payment is not received before the entry deadline.

- DO NOT type in all CAPITAL LETTERS.

- Type in song titles with the capitalization shown in your book.

- Only include the LAST NAME of the COMPOSER.

All selections should be appropriate for the age of the performer and the expected audience.

This authorization grants permission to use the above named performer's image (still or moving) and/or your performance in perpetuity for educational/promotional purposes.

Our Festival can only be successful with the help of volunteers. Would you be available to volunteer at one of our sessions? The jobs are simple and typically include being a Greeter at the door and allowing people to enter between performances. You would be contacted once our Program has been finalized and we would do our best to accomadate you at a time that works for both you and your performer. *
