With the authorized signature below, the undersigned team certifies that all athletes entered in LCM meet(s) at Blodgett Pool at Harvard University during the 2024 season are registered with United States (USA) Swimming and understands that a fine of $100/athlete may be incurred for each entry not registered with USA Swimming. Additionally, with the authorized signature below, the undersigned team certifies that all coaches on pool deck at the meet are registered with USA Swimming.
