SPOT 5 SUMMER CAMPS 2014

Registration is a breeze! Just fill out the registration form below.

Make sure you are registering your child in the appropriate age group.

Our guidelines are flexible except for the L and youngest E campers.

L= 4,5,6,7

E= 5 (with kindergarten experience) through 10

M=10-13

T= 13-18

Art camp classes are half day and meet on consecutive weekdays, M - F.

am. session is 9:30-12:30 with early drop off at 8:45 am

pm. session is 12:30 - 4:30 with late pick up until 5:15 pm

Full Day Campers need to bring a sack lunch. Snacks and drinks may be purchased on site.

No make-up classes are offered for camp classes.

Please do not drop your child off before 9am or pick up after 5pm, as this interferes with other class sessions.

Class size is limited to (12) students for elementary camps.

Students must be at least 5 years old with Kindergarten experience except for camps code marked "L"

PAY YOUR CAMP FEES

Fees are $145 per camp session, unless otherwise noted. You may pay in full on-line, or a non-refundable deposit of $45 / session. Balances will be due the 1st day of camp. All camp materials except for cameras are included unless otherwise noted.

Because camp size is limited we cannot honor registrations without completed form and either deposit or full payment.

Payment can be made securely on line by clicking below or at Spot 5 Art Studio, 2005 B Frankfort Ave. In the event a camp is canceled by Spot 5, a full refund will be given; otherwise no refunds within two weeks of camp start date.

Cash refunds and charge backs to credit cards are only given in the instance that services are not performed as promised due to cancellation by Spot5 Art Studio, LLC. Customers needing to cancel will be given store equal credit to be used at a future date.
