Remote MicroSoccer “The Vikings Way”
- Typical session: warm-up sing along #1, hand-eye coordination exercise/game, foot skills exercise like fruit salad game or animal dribbling game, coach YO says (a version of simon says), sing along #2, end on a cheer!
- Don’t be shy about struggling with the activities because nobody is judging you.
Who: Aspiring soccer players 3-5 years old
What: A movement session to improve balance and coordination with and without the ball
Where: At home – either in the house or backyard (preferred)
When: 7-week program starting Thursday Aug 13th from 4:30pm-5:15pm (45 min)
