Mobile Food Facility (Food Truck) Interest Form

The San Francisco Recreation and Park Department seeks qualified operators to manage, market and operate Mobile Food Facilities within various park locations under the jurisdiction of the Department. This is a rolling application and always open. Please see the Request for Proposals (RFP) for more information. After reviewing the RFP information, the first step is to determine if the location that you are interested in is feasible for a mobile food facility by completing the following Mobile Food Facility Interest Form.
