Indoor Facility Request Form

This Form is to be used by individuals or organizations seeking a permit to use an Indoor Facility, including Recreation Centers and Clubhouses, of the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department

This Form is not for the County Fair Building (Hall of Flowers), Harvey Milk Photo Center, Kezar Pavilion, Lake Merced Boathouse, Randall Museum, Sunnyside Conservatory, or Stern Grove Clubhouse (Trocadero). Please see the facility pages for each of those locations at for more information.

Proof of vaccination and face coverings are no longer required to enter our buildings; however, face coverings are still strongly recommended. It is the responsibility of the event organizer to review and comply with all public health requirements set forth in Health Order C19-07y.

Note: All permits are subject to the San Francisco Public Health Orders in place at the time of the event. 

Indoor reservations requests must be submitted at minimum 30 days prior to the event date, but no more than 90 days in advance of the requested date. Permits must be paid and finalized 10 days prior to the date of the rental. All rental requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, as space and staff are limited at this time.
