Indoor Facility Request Form

This Form is to be used by individuals or organizations seeking a permit to use an Indoor Facility, including Recreation Centers and Clubhouses, of the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department

This Form is not for the County Fair Building (Hall of Flowers), Harvey Milk Photo Center, Kezar Pavilion, Lake Merced Boathouse, Randall Museum, Sunnyside Conservatory, or Stern Grove Clubhouse (Trocadero). Please see the facility pages for each of those locations at for more information.

Indoor reservations requests must be submitted at minimum 30 days prior to the event date, but no more than 90 days in advance of the requested date. Final payment must be received at least 30 days in advance of your reservation. All rental requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, as space and staff are very limited.
