REQUESTS FOR DATES IN 2023

We are accepting applications for dates in 2023 on a first-come-first-serve basis. Applications must be received a minimum of 30 days in advance of your requested event date for review and processing.

REQUESTS FOR DATES IN 2024

Requests for dates in 2024 will be reviewed in the Fall. At that time, we will review all requests together. The deadline to submit requests for priority review for 2024 dates has not yet been announced.  

The San Francisco Recreation and Park Commission reserves the right to refuse, change and cancel confirmed reservations.

All permits are contingent upon the SF Public Health Orders in place at the time of the event.
