September 16, 2021 | 6:00 - 7:30 pm | Virtual Webcast
Access details to be provided in advance of the program

Every day we see more companies announce the appointment of Black women to lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. But what are these organizations doing to address the effects of systemic racism within their own companies and the organizations they invest in? To find out, WCCD will welcome a diverse slate of panelists at the national and regional level to engage in a moderated discussion about their initiatives to create more seats at the leadership table for women of color. Speakers will also share what their organizations are doing to support and empower women of color leading community-based organizations. At this program, we will also provide an update on WCCD’s Entrust Black Women (EBW) initiative to offer Career Acceleration benefits to our members and challenge employers to be intentional in their efforts to create equitable, inclusive environments within their organizations.

Registration fees: This event is free for WCCD Members who are current on their membership dues;
Non-Member Fee: $50.
