As we look forward one year after COVID-19 shook the world, WCCD is pleased to host RESILIENCE: Health Equity and Recovery of Black & Brown Communities Post-COVID-19. We will welcome panelists in the health, education and government sectors to engage in conversations around protecting our communities in times of crisis, the importance of Black women elevating from our spaces and creating stronger partnerships with community-based organizations. Guests can also expect to leave with a greater understanding of how community development practitioners can operate with an equity lens.
