The Information Technology Service Desk performs first and second line support for all IT Services provided by the District, including vendor service/repair management for escalated support incidents. The form below should be filled out and submitted anytime you need assistance with a technology related issue or have any technology related questions. While it is easy to stop a member of the IT Team when in your building in passing, we ask that you please submit a support ticket so we may prioritize and assist you in the most efficient manner possible.
