Welcome to the LTA Tennis Foundation's online application form for the 'Innovate' theme of our Grant Making Framework.
In line with our work towards The Institute for Voluntary Action Research's eight commitments around open and trusted grant making, we have purposely kept this application form as simple as possible. However, we have to balance this with our requirement to use charitable funds in accordance with our charitable objects and strategic goals.
There are three sections to the form:
1. Information about you & your organisation
2. Headline information about your project
3. Detailed information about your project
To avoid having to complete the entire form in one attempt, you can save progress as you go and return at your leisure. There is a percentage progress bar at the top of the screen and you can view all questions in advance by viewing a downloadable version of the entire form here.
