Independent learning allows a fully flexible approach to CPD where you are able to engage with relevant learning sourced outside of the
LTA find a course tool
. You can then reflect on your learning and how this will
impact
your coaching, business practice and/or yourself as a person, to apply for CPD credit.
You will be asked
for the details of your learning

when you engaged with the learning
and what subject matters the learning covered
. If
you
engaged
with
a formal
activity
, you will also be asked for the
duration of learning
hours
(not including breaks) and for
formal
evidence
of the course.

ou will then be asked to reflect on what you
have
learn

what
was most interesting to you
and how it will
impact
you.
Thorough completion of this
process
is required
to
be successful
,
and
your submission is
liable
against
the
LTA code of conduct. Each submission
will be
individually
reviewed
within
4 days
