Our vision is 'Tennis Opened Up', and we are on a mission to make tennis in Britain more relevant, accessible, welcoming and enjoyable to all. As part of the LTA Inclusion Strategy, we want to work towards having a coaching workforce that truly reflects our sport and the society of Great Britain.

The LTA Diversity & Inclusion Bursary Scheme aims to remove barriers and support underrepresented audiences in their personal and professional coaching journey, by accessing one-on-one mentoring sessions with an LTA Coach Mentor.
