*ADOPTION DONATION & CONTRACT: If we approve you for the adoption of a dog, we accept a minimum donation of $350 ($450 for puppies under 4 months old plus a $100 spay/neuter deposit) and signed adoption agreement. Please understand that the adoption donation ensures that we can continue saving more lives. We are a small organization run fully by volunteers and do not have any large donors. Thank you for your understanding and for considering adopting a rescue dog!

If I adopt a Forever Fido Rescue dog, I can make a donation of at least $350 for adult dogs, $250 for senior dogs eight years and older, and $450 for puppies under 4 months old (+ $100 spay/neuter deposit) to help rescue and care for other abandoned dogs. I understand that my adoption donation is often just a fraction of the cost that Forever Fido Rescue has spent on boarding, shelter pull fees, transportation fees, spaying and neutering, vaccines, microchips, medical costs, supplies and dog training. I understand that my donation is a gift freely given, not a purchase price for a dog. No goods or services have been or will be provided in exchange for the donation.
