Rules of Contest
Contestants are responsible for the following items:

Chili must be prepared on premises (meat is only thing that can be pre-made) you will have 3hrs to cook your chili
Please provide a sign with any allergy warnings
No open flames- must provide your own burner or crockpot/instaPot
Must bring all your own serving utensils
Must provide your own condiments
Extension cords
Towels/Napkins
Set up as early as 7am
Doors to public to taste is 10am
Judging from 6 judges will start at 12. (2 well known chefs in billings and 4 other high profile people in the community
