2019 Annual Awards Banquet
This year's Annual Awards Banquet will be held Feb. 16, 2019 at Cantina Restaurant in Grand Rapids from 2-5PM.  This new venue will give us a great fajita dinner and a room to ourselves (until 5PM, when it opens to the general public) for our banquet.  We look forward to seeing all of you and celebrating the successes of your 2018 hunting and hunt test seasons!

General Information

This evening is a social event for our club.  The fajita bar will be open beginning at 2:00PM with the meeting and "program" scheduled for 3:30PM.  The "program" will consist of a short business meeting to elect next year's officers and conduct some club business. 
When you come, please consider the following:
  1. The club is always in need of some members to volunteer to run for office.  If you can help out as an officer or board member, please consider nominating yourself in the space below or at the meeting.
  2. There will be a raffle drawing at the end of the evening.  Each member is asked to bring an item for the raffle table that you, yourself would like to win.  This is a fundraiser for the club and helps to offset the cost of the banquet.
  3. In an effort to support the charity organization, Students Assisting Students Anonymously, a student organization at Hamilton High School that offers needed assistance to disadvantaged students, the club is offering an arm's length of raffle tickets to anyone who brings ten toiletry/personal hygiene items. This could be shampoo, toothpaste/toothbrushes, deoderant, etc. This money will go directly to S.A.S.A. to help needy kids in West Michigan.  You will have an opportunity to purchase additional arm's lengths of tickets to support GLHRC, but this opportunity to help kids in our community is very much appreciated by the Hamilton Community!
