*Coupon codes can only be used for those that have previously purchased a skills session through an EMT/Paramedic Course registration or through their employer. All coupon codes will be authenticated prior to receipt of an official confirmation. Skills sessions scheduled using a coupon code are not official until an emailed confirmation from an AEC administrator is received.

HeartCode Course & Skills Session Information

The HeartCode course will be sent via email directly from the American Heart Association. Please allow 1 business day for the course to be emailed to you. If you place an order after 5pm on Friday or anytime during the weekend, the course will be emailed to you on Monday.

All skills sessions are held at the AEC Training Center. Please arrive on time with your ID and a printed copy of the Online Completion Certificate from the AHA HeartCode course. AEC will not print the certificate for you. If you do not bring the printed completion certificate with you, the skills session will not take place and will need to be rescheduled for another time. There is a $25.00 rescheduling fee. The skills session will not be rescheduled until payment is made.

Parking: Park along the backside of the building (side with the train tracks and enter through the back doors). The AEC logo is on the window between the doors. Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor. Check with the employees in the main office, Room 201, for directions to the instructor.

eCard Processing: After you complete the skills session, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the eCard to be processed. eCards will be sent via email directly from the American Heart Association.

Cancellation Policy

I acknowledge there is a $25.00 cancellation fee for skills sessions. There are no refunds for "no showing" a skills session and skills sessions will not be rescheduled for no shows.There are no refunds for AHA HeartCode Courses once they've been accessed.
