It is very important to us that we find people with the right heart, motivation and aptitudes to serve in their designated roles.

1. Please comment about the applicant’s overall ability and effectiveness working with non-native, English language learners.

2. Describe the applicant’s style of instruction. What does his or her classroom look like?

3. Have you seen evidence of instructional variety and creativity in order that the students remain attentive, interested and motivated?

4. Have you interacted with any of the applicant’s students to know their overall perspective on the applicant’s bottom line effectiveness from a student’s perspective?
