Welcome to the NACAA AM/PIC Registration. This registration is set up to handle registration for one person. If you have additional members of your family or other individuals attending with you that wish to register, you will have to do a separate registration for each individual. A link at the end of the registration process will allow you to return to complete an additional registration.

Early Bird Registration rates will apply May 1 - June 15, 2023. Beginning June 16, 2023 - all registration fees will increase $100/registrant.
Within this registration you will have the opportunity to:
Make a hotel request
Select Conference Events select (Active Member, Life, Spouse, Sons & Daughters)
Select meal functions (Educational Lunches, Annual Banquet, Main Event meals)
The only meal function which is available "A-La Carte" for non-registrants is the Annual Banquet. A minimum of a Daily registration fee is required to participate in functions of the AM/PIC. The Annual Banquet ticket is included in all Full registrations - if requested - at no additional cost. If you need to purchase additional annual banquet tickets using a different credit card, please contact NACAA and a separate invoice can be sent to you to purchase seperately.
At the end of your registration, a summary of activities you have registered for will appear for you to review prior to submitting. If you see anything that needs to be modified, you can use the back arrow at the bottom of the page (do not use the browser back button) to modify your registration. You will have the option to pay for your registration via credit card or mail in a check. If you choose to mail in a check, it needs to be postmarked no later than June 15, 2023 in order to receive the early bird rate. An initial confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours of submitting. Final confirmations will be emailed to you no later than July 15, 2023. This confirmation could vary from your original submissions, as certain tours/events may be canceled due to low registration (or full), and your alternative choices may then be inserted into your registration.
All formal hotel confirmations will be sent directly from the hotel in a separate email. The listing of your preferred choice for hotel DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN THAT IS THE HOTEL YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED. A listing of which hotel your reservation was submitted to - will be in the Final Confirmation emailed in mid-July.
