Learn and practice the basics of archery with a ranger. This program is an introduction to basic archery and will provide lessons and experience in archery safety and shooting skills. All archery equipment is provided. Must be at least 10 years old to participate.
Where: Day Use Picnic Area
Bring: Close-toed shoes, plenty of water, and sun protection.
This event is outdoors, please dress for the weather.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the program.

Program is free with park entrance ($5/person, children 12 & under are free) or Texas State Parks Annual Pass.
- Use self-pay station when the office is closed.

The program may be canceled if no participants are present within 10 minutes of the start time, or in the case of inclement weather.
