Big Tree Ornaments

Create a one of a kind ornament using a wood slice that has come straight from historic Big Tree just in time for Christmas. Using acrylic paint, you will be able to create your own design. We'll provide all of the supplies.

Where: CCC Recreation Hall

When: Saturday, December 16, 2023 from 3:00-4:00pm

Bring: Clothes you wouldn't mind getting paint on (we'll have a limited supply of aprons), and dress for the weather because the Rec Hall does not have heat/AC.

Special Note: There are a limited supply of wood slices, as the only time Big Tree is trimmed is if it is absolutely necessary. No branches were removed for this event, these are coming from a branch that was previously removed.
