Together with the Texas Governor’s Committee on People with Disabilities, Cedar Hill State Park is hosting a special day of programs for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community on September 28 from 10am to 1pm. Join us to learn more about state parks, take a guided hike, enjoy hands-on activities, discover the park’s history, and more! Registration is required. This event is free--park entrance fees will be waived for registered participants.
The park will have ASL Interpreters at activities but for other reasonable modification requests or information related to accessibility, visit
