(Receipts, Bank statement showing on time payment of rent)
12 months history of 2 of the following:
- Gas, Electric, Phone, or car payment
12 months of bank statements
Rent cannot be more than half of your income (35% two applicants)
Note: Before final approval there will be an eviction and criminal background
check.

Applicant agrees that false, misleading or misrepresented information may result in the application being rejected, or be grounds for immediate eviction with loss of all deposits and any other penalties as provided by the Lease Agreement.
