Some people with a low credit history may also qualify with addition information, such as
  • 12 month history of current rent payment
    (Receipts, Bank statement showing on time payment of rent)
  • 12 months history of 2 of the following:
    • Gas, Electric, Phone, or car payment
  • 12 months of bank statements
    Rent cannot be more than half of your income (35% two applicants)
    Note: Before final approval there will be an eviction and criminal background
    check.

Applicant hereby Management full authorization to verify the information on this application, including but not limited to checking credit report history, rental history, income verification, information from public agencies and any other information relevant to this application for residential tenancy.

We encourage you not to apply if you have bad credit not associated with a medical issue, if you have bad references or have ever been evicted in the past. Applicant agrees that false, misleading or misrepresented information may result in the application being rejected, or be grounds for immediate eviction with loss of all deposits and any other penalties as provided by the Lease Agreement. Applicant understands and agrees that he/she has only applied for tenancy. This form is not a lease, but an application and offer to lease which may be accepted or rejected by Management.

Recomendamos que no continue con la aplicacion si presenta mal credito no asociado con un problema medico, oh si presenta malas referencias, ah sido desalojado anteriormente o cuenta antecedentes penales que lo descalifiquen ( no aplica para citaciones vehiculares) . El solicitante acepta que cualquier informacion falsa u enga├▒osa puede resultar en el rechazo de la solicitud o en el desalojo inmediato con la perdida de todo deposito que se haya realizado con aterioridad o cualquier otra sancion segun haya sido estipulada previamente  en el contrato de arrendamiento. El solicitante entiende y acepta que solo ah aplicado para residir en el lugar. Este formulario no es un contrato de arrendamiento, sino una solicitud y oferta de arrendamiento que la Administraci├│n puede aceptar o rechazar.
