DOMSETIC and LOCAL WINTERIM COURSE APPLICATION

1. Please complete all sections of this application and submit no later than Wednesday, December 6th at 5pm. Early submissions are welcome, though this is NOT a first come, first served application period! Think carefully about your choices and their order.

2. To register for Winterim, fill in your 1st through 5th choices on the form below.

3. LIST A COURSE ONLY ONCE. Listing a course multiple times will not increase your chance of getting that course.

4. Domestic courses tend to be popular so PLEASE LIST ONLY 3 DOMESTIC COURSES AT MOST amongst your five choices.

5. If you are applying for flexible tuition to support your Winterim endeavor, please submit that application by Wednesday, December 6th at 5pm.

6. When you submit your registration, your parent/guardian will be emailed a confirmation of your choices. YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST CLICK ON THE LINK IN THE EMAIL AND APPROVE YOUR CHOICES WITH THEIR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE. In order for your registration to be considered as complete, both your registration and your parent/guardian approval must be submitted BEFORE 5 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2023.
