I understand and agree to the following terms:
- **Content Usage:** Exponential Media has the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in perpetuity on various social media platforms, websites, marketing materials, and any other promotional channels.
- **Release of Claims:** I release Exponential Media and its agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have against them arising out of or in connection with the use of the content.
- **No Compensation:** I understand that I will not receive any compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of the content.
- **Ownership:** Exponential Media retains the sole ownership of the content and may use it at its discretion without any obligation to seek further approval from me.
- **Revocation:** I understand that this release is irrevocable and that I cannot withdraw permission for the use of the content once it has been published.
- **Representation:** I hereby confirm that I am over the age of 18 and have the legal capacity to grant these rights. If I am under 18 years old, my parent or legal guardian has provided their consent to this release on my behalf.
