Booking + Pricing

We need 30 days advance notice to book your camp, to ensure our space is available and all staff are notified. Please choose dates at least 30 days out from today.

We most often have availability for pole camps on weekdays before 3pm, and weekends after 4pm.

Studio rentals for pole camps are $100 per room per hour.

Please give us a general itinerary including all instructor names, classes and times. This helps us ensure our classes will not overlap with your event. *

All instructors in our studios are required to have up-to-date teaching insurance and CPR certifications.

Policies

Please confirm pole camp/event policies:

- Your event will be confirmed by our Studio Manager. All details, including studio availability, are not guaranteed until confirmation.

- You are booking our studio space only and we cannot assist in camp promotion, organization, or sales.

- We do not allow alcohol in our studios. If your students or staff arrive to the studio intoxicated we will not be able to host your event and we will not refund your payment.

- We will provide a staff member to give you an orientation prior to the camp, so you're familiar with how to open and close the studio and operate our facilities. They will also help ensure all students have signed our waiver.

- After you submit this form, our Studio Manager will reach out within 4 business days to confirm your event details and get it scheduled! We're excited to host you and your classes!
