Cancellations prior to May 15 are subject to a $100.00 cancellation and processing fee.
Cancellations after May 15 are refundable at 50%.
No refund after June 1. Replaceable attendees are accepted.

Fees will not be refunded for cancellations, no-shows, or partial attendance after that date. Districts are held to the same policy as individuals.
