9-Month Interim Report
The Strengthening Communities 9-Month Interim Report has three components: a budget/expenditure report, a project summary, and a faculty report. For the expenditure part, please fill out the expenditure form with dollar amounts and annotations on how and on what the money was spent. We are interested in seeing a clear relationship between your expenditures and accomplishing the goals and outcomes of your project.
I. Please describe the impact of your project as it relates to: goals; outcomes, and products (tangible and organizational/policy) that you described in your original proposal. Please note if your goals, outcomes, or products have changed in the course of your project, and describe how and why.
II. Please describe any community participants that you have seen as a result of or related to this project, including the number of community volunteers and/or participants, your ability to leverage this project into additional grant dollars, and new partnerships that have emerged.
