REQUESTS FOR DATES IN 2024

We are accepting applications for dates in 2024 on a first-come-first-serve basis. Applications must be received a minimum of 30 days in advance of your requested event date for review and processing.

REQUESTS FOR DATES IN 2025

Requests for dates in 2025 will be reviewed in the Fall. At that time, we will review all requests together. The deadline to submit requests for priority review for 2025 has not yet been announced.  

The San Francisco Recreation and Park Commission reserves the right to refuse, change and cancel confirmed reservations.
