ARTIST INDUSTRY SHOWCASE

Who should submit? If you are a performer, singer-songwriter, rapper, or band, we want you to make "Noize" with us. Noize Entertainment Expo 2012 will choose six artists to showcase in front of a live audience with top label executives. Artists will get immediate feedback and critiques from the professionals that move the industry.

PERFORMERS: Submit a link to a video (i.e. YouTube) of one of your best live performances.

You must agree to all Official Rules, Terms and Conditions. Any false information will result in automatic disqualification.

1. HOW TO ENTER. There is no fee to sign-up as a performer, however only registered attendees will be eligible to submit. All Performer Entrants must submit their best video or video link performance, and such submissions must be received no later than April 16, 2012 at 11:59PM PST. Minors (18 and under) must have the written approval of a parent or guardian.
2. SUBMISSION PROCESS. Entrants will submit a video link or upload one (1) video to EXPO Registration form. Video: The Initial Video must be a live performance of your talent. Submissions may include band performances. All artists are responsible for providing any instruments or equipment necessary to perform.
3. ANNOUNCEMENT OF SELECTED PERFORMERS. Company will notify entrants selected to perform via email, no later than April 20, 2012. The odds of being selected will depend on the quality of submission, professionalism, the ability to entertain a crowd and opinions of a selected group who will review submissions.
4. NOIZE ENTERTAINMENT EXPO PERFORMERS. Submissions Who Advance: Entrants will perform live at "Noize" 2012 in front of the Noize registrants. Each performer will receive a eight-minute set during the Expo.  
5. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Please note that all Entrants are subject to the terms and conditions of Company's website, phantommuzik.com.
6. PRIVACY AND RELEASES. Entrants agree to accept these rules and the decisions of the Company as final. In particular, by submitting a video, or any form of media Entrants agree: (a) that if selected as a Performer, their names, photos and/or likenesses, statements, and submitted Videos, may be publicized in or broadcast or transmitted over any medium in association with the NOIZE ENTERTAINMENT EXPO, for reporting and promotional purposes, and, (b) that they release PHANTOM MUZIK, Company and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional agents and contest judges from any and all liability, claims, or actions in connection with Entrants participation in the NOIZE ENTERTAINMENT EXPO or with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize or promotion related activity. Performers will not receive compensation for said Performance; no transfer of prizes to a third party is permitted; and badges may not be redeemed for cash value. Performers may be asked to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility ("Affidavit"), certifying their authorship of the Initial Videos or the Initial Song and Tracks or Songs, right/title and interest in and to the Video Performance, Tracks or Initial Song and Tracks or Song. If any selected Entrant is unable to perform at the Expo, an alternate Performer may be selected. The Affidavit is subject to verification by Company. Any false information will result in automatic disqualification and forfeiture of Performance and conference entry.
