Hi, my name is Gay Ann and I'm the adoption/foster coordinator for MAGDRL NY. Thanks for taking the time to contact us about adopting. MAGDRL adopts / foster to the states that we have chapters in: NY, NJ, PA, DE/MD, DC/VA, TIDEWATER VA, WV, NC. Once you're approved by the state that you reside in (NY), then you can adopt/ foster from our other states. The requirements are the same for both. We sometimes adopt to states outside of our chapters providing you meet our requirements.
