Service Expectation

I, the Submitter, either as an individual or an Agent for the Organization or Entity (church or organization) stated on this Submission form, expect ChartsForChurches.com (aka Tammy Gross) to deliver quality print music files as requested via this Submission (plus audio if applicable).

Deadlines

Unless notified otherwise by ChartsForChurches.com upon receipt of Submission, timely delivery is expected according to the terms of this Submission.

Prepayment

Payment for all services is to be made PRIOR to final delivery of print and audio files. If payment is made after the requested deadline, a new deadline must be agreed upon by both parties via email communications.

Refunds & Additional Fees

Because every song is different, the Submission form calculates based on expected processing times ($20-$30/hr). If a Submission requires more than one hour more or less than projected, a refund or additional invoice will result accordingly. Notification of refund or added invoicing is expected at the time of or within 24 hours of final delivery. Refund or payment of additional fees is expected within 10 days of notification.

Electronic Delivery

All print (PDF) and audio (MP3) files are delivered via email attachment or internet download. It is my responsibility to check my spam filter &/or ensure that all email from the domain *.ChartsForChurches.com is whitelisted. I understand that delay of notification of completion may occur if I fail to do so, and that such a delay will not be grounds for refund of services or any rush fees.

Satisfaction

I have seen basic samples (http://ChartsForChurches.com/samples.htm) and understand that print music is transcribed to match the original recording (unless otherwise noted in the Submission) in the form of Studio Style charts, which include a mix of chords, rhythms and notation for basic band instruments (guitars, bass, keys, drums). All vocal and auxiliary instrumentation is notated either as indicated on the Submission form or as listed in the repertoire: http://ChartsForChurches.com/megalist.htm

Copyright

I understand that ChartsForChurches.com provides a subcontracting service, which includes delivery of a master file(s) for the use of the Organization or Entity for which I am an Agent. Any copyright obligations in regard to making copies &/or otherwise using this file(s) for rehearsal and performance are the responsibility of myself or the Organization or Entity for which I am an Agent.

Sharing Files

I agree to not share master files or copies of files created by ChartsForChurches.com with any Organization or Entity other than the one Organization or Entity for which I am currently, at time of Submission, an Agent.
