As a club, we would like to celebrate the accomplishments of our members and their dogs. If you received an award or title this year, please fill out the information below. Three spaces are provided. If you received more than three titles or awards, include the same information in text form in the comment box at the bottom.
This evening is a social event for our club. We will meet to socialize and talk at 6:00 with dinner being served at or about 6:30PM. There will also be a short business meeting after dinner to elect next year's officers and conduct some club business. When you come, please consider the following:
1. The club is always in need of some members to volunteer to run for office. If you can help out as an officer or board member, please consider nominating yourself in the space below or at the meeting.
2. There will be a raffle drawing at the end of the evening. Each member is asked to bring an item for the raffle table that you, yourself would like to win. This is a fundraiser for the club and helps to offset the cost of the banquet.
3. In an effort to support the charity organization, Students Assisting Students Anonymously, a student organization at Hamilton High School that offers hygiene items to disadvantaged students, the club is offering free raffle tickets to anyone who brings a care package to the banquet.
