Children or grandchildren (under the age of 17) of a General Member are admitted free of charge, but they must have a nametag to enter the Convention Center. "Guest" registration is not intended for a co-worker, an associate within the industry, nor friends of your children or grandchildren.

You may use this form to register up to three General Members from your school district or company. In addition, you may list the names of the spouses, children and grandchildren who will be attending the convention. Please leave any field you do not need blank.
